"We visited Ronda in late April 2006 and had a wonderful time! The apartment had recently undergone a makeover, which was superb. The location is awesome, the culture is fantastic, the people are friendly and the accommodation is spot on. We definitely intend to return. "We enjoyed Ronda for a week in August. It was beautiful, both as a base for seeing other areas and lots to do in Ronda as well. Great shopping, cappuccino bars, ice cream, tapas bars and just a nice place to wander around the historic sites. We spent a couple of days at the beach (young adults were with us) and saw the Rock of Gibraltar. I remember one of my dad's favourite expressions being, "Solid as the rock of Gibraltar," very exciting to see it. We had another great day in Seville. We took advantage of the public swimming pool, shopping and restaurants but Andy has a great kitchen so we cooked some of our meals as well. We loved watching the sunsets up on the terrace. It was a great way to end our summer in Europe, both relaxing and a cultural experience. Should have learned some Spanish before, though. Would love to say we'd be back soon but Canada is a long way away and it took us 25 years to get to Spain. We'll see."  Bev Bagnall
