Everyone is worried about the credit crunch - how SAFE is my RENTAL payment?

  • You are dealing directly with the OWNERS - Sian and Andrew Jones have purchased ALL properties listed on this website for their OWN holiday accommodation - there is NO middle man.
  • We use the services of Pay Pal, because they offer online BUYER protection.
  • We have been established in RENTING our properties since 2001.
  • You could consider purchasing travel insurance which offers additional peace of mind.

 What is the easiest way to pay?

  • We accept payment by Pay Pal, credit cards, cheque or BACS for the BALANCE of the rental FEE.

What is the procedure?

  • The initial FIXED reservation fee MUST be paid by Pay Pal - this allows US to block YOUR required dates with immediate effect. Following this we forward the required details with regard the BALANCE payment etc.
  • The TOTAL amount for the rental is the price as detailed in the respective property price list - the holiday rental balance is paid LESS the FIXED reservation FEE.   

What about the balance?

  • The balance is then paid 4 to 6 weeks prior to travel. This payment can be made by  Pay Pal, credit card, cheque or Bank transfer (e.g. BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT etc.).

If I have to CANCEL my reservation what happens to the FEES?

  • The FIXED RESERVATION FEE is non-refundable. However, any other FEES will be returned if you cancel the reservation within 4 WEEKS of arrival.

 What does the rental FEE include?

  • A predetermined number of adults and/or children sharing the rental property (please let us know how many are in your party).
  • Sales TAX or any OTHER TAX.
  • Electricity.
  • Gas.
  • Water.
  • Bedding and towel’s (changed once a week).

Could we make a provisional booking on your property before I send payment?

  • No. We request at least the reservation FEE in advance (check availability first). Your dates are then confirmed immediately and removed from the respective calendar.

Do you take mid-week bookings?

  • YES. We do take bookings on a flexible basis - subject to availability.
